Title:  QA and Technical Support Specialist 
We are searching for a person who has experience  with Quality Assurance and Technical Support to start in May 2019. You will work closely with developers to help facilitate high-quality production releases. You will also work closely with Technical Support to provide quality support to our end users.
As a QA and Technical Support Specialist, you'll help launch new features and bug fixes to our product line. You'll be a fully integrated member of our scrum team while having the support of the entire IT team if your workload becomes overwhelming, or if you need a second set of eyes for troubleshooting. As a QA and Technical Support Specialist you'll have a high level of autonomy and a self starter attitude is crucial. Your typical day-to day responsibilities will include stand-up meetings, testing new functionalities, writing support articles, release demos and documentation, answering incoming support requests, data entry and analysis and trouble-shooting to fix customer issues. You'll also have open discussions with your manager about your current needs and long term career goals.
Your time will be be half allocated to QA and half to Technical Support, respectively. 
Responsibilities:
  • Imagine, organize, and execute a comprehensive series of manual tests for new features of our web and mobile applications
  • Create and execute relevant use case scenarios based on how consumers will interact with our software to ensure an intuitive interface
  • Collaborate with product and development team on the user interface, functionality, and specifications of new features
  • Work with the entire IT team to complete prioritized regression testing prior to each production release
  • Answer chats, phone calls, and email inquiries from customers, users, and therapists
  • Troubleshoot problems and help users
  • Data entry and data hygiene to support the operations team
